Shamans help the spirit of a wolf free its packmates from necrotic energies ensnaring them. The spirits of nature imbue Druids with a special gift, one that should make traveling easier. Paladins are granted a blessing by the Light, to use against the dark magic that infests the island. Warlocks take a risk and are rewarded with the ability to summon a voidwalker of their own. Priests resurrect some members of the missing expedition that were close to death. Rogues learn how to create a particularly useful poison. Mages learn the ancient art of turning their enemies into sheep. Hunters trap themselves a new animal companion. Warriors help bring an ancient spirit peace. In Class & Side Quests, you face a unique challenge based on your class. In Harpy Roost & Hrun's Burrow, you venture into both Harpy lands and a spider-filled pit to put an end to the rituals that are being held within. You rescue Warlord Breka's daughter, Shuja, from one of these rituals, and set up camp as you prepare to find and rescue the rest of the Ogres' prisoners. These Ogres have captured your missing comrades and are holding them in necromantic rituals all over the island, draining their life force in an attempt to power a ritual in which they hope to raise an undead dragon. Lead by Warlord Breka Grimaxe, whose own daughter was part of the initial expedition, you push forward and soon discover the island is under the control of a tribe of Ogres, lead by the two-headed Ogre Gor'groth.

As you approach the island, an unexpected storm shipwrecks you, but your party survives. As a new recruit of the Horde, you join a Search for the Missing Expedition, who recently disappeared after being sent to investigate the uncharted island of Exile's Reach.
